   Hi Melissa:

   Thanks for the review, I was looking for something that would help with my weight in connection with the new Acai duo diet. Although I am only looking to lose about 10 more pounds I think this will do the trick.

   I have just started using Bowtrol and i am taking 2 a night to help me go to the toliet the next day. How many do you take?

   Hello Becky,

   I`m taking 3 Bowtrol capsules a day, usually around bedtime.
   It is also recommended that you drink a lot of water while taking Bowtrol.

   Good Afternoon Melissa, I have been looking into colon cleansing and how important it is for a while now. After reading your successful experience with bowtrol I have now been persuaded to give it a go, I am trying to get my sister to have a go as well so we can see how each of us gets on .
